How to Use Elementz Magnesium Flakes

When first starting, we recommend soaking daily for 7-10 continuous days. Always drink some water before and after soaks.

Foot Soaks:
 Add 100-150g (approximately 1 cup) of Elementz Magnesium Flakes to enough warm water in a basin to cover feet. Sit, soak and relax for 20-40 minutes.

Body Soaks: Add 300-500g Elementz Magnesium Flakes to warm bath water. Lie back and relax for 20-40 minutes.

It is recommended to do foot or body soaks 2-3 times a week.

For a more therapeutic experience, you may increase the amount of Magnesium Flakes in your soaks. In cases where there is severe depletion of magnesium stores, it is recommended that an individual has body soaks twice a week, using up to 8lbs (3.63kg) of Magnesium Flakes for four weeks.

Use of Elementz Magnesium Flakes in soaks is suitable for all ages, during pregnancy and nursing.

The temperature of the magnesium bath should be warm (37˚C) and not hot. Hot bath water encourages excretion rather than absorption. When you add the flakes to warm (i.e., not hot) bath water, your skin will absorb the magnesium more efficiently.

Remaining water (used) from your soaks can be diluted and repurposed for watering your plants/garden. Your plant-babies will love you!

Storage: Always keep Elementz Magnesium Flakes in a cool and dry environment. Promptly re-seal after use.
