Dec, 2010

In June of 2004 I suffered from a double heart attack. I also suffered from eczema, diabetes, pneumonia, bronchitis, water retention, liver failure and teary eyes. That caused me to suffer from extreme fatigue.

I couldn’t carry anything, my body felt so heavy that I needed to be lifted from sitting position. Even my hands felt heavy when I lifted them. I used to have to hold on to the water pipe whenever I took a shower just so that I wouldn’t fall. I was physically not stable.. I would cough incessantly because of never ending phlegm collecting in my lungs. I was beginning to lose my memory, I had already lost the sense of direction and I would forget words when I talked.

At my worst, I could not urinate. I was constantly having illusions, imagining things and hallucinating. I once even had a conversation with friends who were not present and called to my wife to make drinks for them!

Finally, I was bed-ridden and my whole body was so bloated due to water retention, even my ears stuck out! My medication which included Lasix, a diuretic, was no longer having any effect on my condition. It had stopped working and I was on the threshold of death.

The first time I took magnesium oil, it was just 1 drop in a cup of warm water sometime in the late evening.

A very dear family doctor friend visited me that night when he found out about the state that I was in. He had brought along a small sample of Magnesium Oil that he had so happened to have been given in the morning. My family and I will forever be grateful to him.

That very night I started to go to toilet to urinate and it continued several times throughout the night and kept on for the subsequent few days until there was no trace of water retention left.

Six weeks after the first drop and after religiously taking the magnesium oil and applying it all over my body, I was able to carry a pail of water, mop the front porch of my house; sweep my garage, driveway and around my house. I was also able to return to my voluntary duties at the National Mosque which I had stopped for more than two months. Four months after the first drop, I was able to drive all the way back to my hometown Penang from Kuala Lumpur for the Hari Raya Puasa holidays. More importantly, I could do all these without feeling exhausted; needing just the usual amount of rest a person my age needs after a long active day.

As a result of my personal experience, I have discovered how delicate life is and how important it is to care for our health regardless of our age.
